Korean exchanges have 20% ~ 30% over premium right now. Premium often leads to a good shorting position. This only applies to Korean exchanges, not foreign exchanges such as Bitfinex or Bittrex. IF BTCUSD rise, BTCKRW won't rise with the same momentum as BTCUSD. It will be more like BTCUSD catching up BTCKRW.
