In a higher time frame, it is of course a downtrend but you know It will not be able to cross the strong support at 1.28599. The trend will move up to 1.28930 maximum to retest again and again before it can cross the said strong Support. And it will then continue its downtrend journey.

At M15 time frame , A reversal trend from Support level 1.28396 seems going back up to the resistance at 1.29010 can be a positive at the prevailing trend. I just share my first experience here now.
