There is a substantial risk of loss in futures trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Thank you for highlighting our TradingView integration and fast response times; however, as a dedicated futures broker, Optimus Futures strongly disagrees with the comparison to prop firms, because our ultimate goal is your long-term success in futures trading. Please note that all clearing-assessed liquidation fees and our attempted 60% auto-liquidation threshold—a strict safety measure implemented based on years of customer feedback to mitigate gap risk and prevent account deficits—are fully and transparently disclosed during onboarding. While only our clearing houses (FCMs) can technically automate the volume rebates that we voluntarily offer to benefit our traders, we will always remain committed to delivering excellent customer service, good tech support, and low day trading margins. We are sorry our risk management protocols were not the right match for your specific needs, and we sincerely wish you the best with your next brokerage.

Thank you so much for this incredible review and for trusting us with your trading journey! Hearing that you spent weeks paper trading and thoroughly comparing the top brokers before deciding on Optimus Futures is a massive compliment. We always encourage traders to do exactly what you did—take your time, test the platforms, and make sure the broker is the right fit before funding a live account.

We are thrilled to hear that your TradingView integration is working flawlessly across your desktop, iPhone, and iPad. Making the transition to a dedicated futures broker can sometimes feel a bit intimidating, which is exactly why our team works so hard to provide a simple, step-by-step setup and the kind of personalized customer service that you just cannot get at the massive, automated retail brokerages.

Welcome to the Optimus family, and congratulations on making the jump from paper trading to the live markets. We are always here if you need anything at all as you continue trading!

Thank you for the incredible feedback! Hearing that we provided the best customer support you've ever dealt with is the highest compliment our team could ask for.

At Optimus Futures, we believe a broker needs to provide a lot more than just a fast data connection to the exchange. When you are trading your own capital, having reliable infrastructure is non-negotiable, but having a team that actually wants you to succeed is just as important. That is exactly why we focus so heavily on sharing practical risk management tips with our clients.

We are thrilled that our approach has made a real difference in your trading experience. We truly appreciate your trust in us and look forward to supporting you for the long haul.

Thank you for the incredible 10/10 review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the speed and reliability of our live data integration with TradingView.

As a dedicated futures broker, we provide direct, ultra-low-latency access to live markets Tradingview via CQG). We know that when you are trading your own money, fast execution and tight spreads are non-negotiable (which is why we trade via regulated exchnages). We are glad that making the switch to Optimus Futures has provided you with the professional-grade environment you need.

Welcome to the team. We are honored to be your broker of choice, and we look forward to supporting your trading for years to come.

We completely understand how stressful it is to experience latency during an active trade. Not being able to close an order exactly when you want to is incredibly frustrating.

When trading futures through a web-based integration like TradingView, it is important to understand where lag typically originates. Optimus Futures provides direct, high-speed routing to the exchanges via data feeds like CQG, where backend execution happens in milliseconds. However, the front-end interface you are clicking on relies entirely on your local computer's resources and network.

The most common causes for a 'slow' experience on web platforms include:

Browser Memory Overload: TradingView is a highly resource-intensive application. Running it with multiple other browser tabs open will drain your computer's memory and cause order buttons to lag or freeze.

Wi-Fi Connections: Active trading requires a continuous, unbroken data stream. Wi-Fi naturally experiences micro-packet loss, causing delays in order transmission. We always recommend a hardwired ethernet connection.

If your strategy requires ultra-low latency, a dedicated desktop trading platform may be a better fit for you than a browser-based setup. Please contact our support desk so we can review your specific execution logs, identify exactly where the bottleneck occurred, and help you optimize your connection.

Brokers provide access to financial markets and execute trades. They act as intermediaries between traders and exchanges, providing the necessary infrastructure and tools to place buy and sell orders. They offer services such as order execution, market access, research, analysis, and customer support. Additionally, brokers facilitate the use of leverage, margin trading, and help ensure regulatory compliance, providing traders with a secure environment to trade effectively. Without brokers, individual traders would struggle to access markets and execute trades efficiently.
An order is an instruction for a broker to execute a trade - buy or sell an asset on behalf of a trader. Depending on your strategy, risk tolerance, and market condition, different kinds of orders can be more or less effective, let's see the basic ones.
- Market order. It's a basic type designed to buy or sell an asset immediately at the next price available
- Limit order. Specifies the maximum (for buying) or minimum (for selling) price at which a trader is willing to execute a trade. It's only executed if the price reaches the preset level. There are buy and sell limit orders - they're set to buy/sell an asset at or below/above a certain price
- Stop order. Triggered when an asset moves above or below a certain price level, always executed in the direction that the price is moving. There are stop-loss orders (automatically closes a position at a certain level if the market moves against you) and (initiates a trade when the price breaks a certain level)

A broker's rating on TradingView is based on its clients' reviews. We ensure broker ratings reflect real user experiences by allowing reviews only from verified TradingView users with active linked accounts. Recent ratings carry more weight, providing up-to-date insights for informed decisions. This approach promotes transparency and prevents manipulation. Make sure to rate your broker to help it improve its service and assits other users in their choice.
Leverage is a mechanism that allows traders to open larger positions with a smaller amount of capital. It basically means borrowing funds from a broker, often multiplying your position size by 5x, 10x, or more. For example, with 5x leverage, a $100 deposit could open a $500 trade with your broker lending you $400 you don't have. It's a popular technique, but remember that while leverage increases potential profits, it also magnifies losses, which is why it's essential to learn how to manage risks.

It's always worth preparing for trades before actually executing them. On TradingView, you can do this with our Paper Trading functionality.
Margin trading means an investor buying an asset by borrowing the balance from a broker. It allows traders to increase their buying power, enabling larger positions with less upfront capital. While it can provide greater market exposure with less capital and amplify potential gains, it also comes with increased risks:
- Increased risk of losses, including exceeding initial investment
- Interest costs on borrowed funds
- Potential for margin calls requiring additional deposits
Make sure to analyze an asset thoroughly and test your strategy on a Paper Trading account to ensure you're ready to navigate these risks.
Commissions in trading are fees that brokers charge for executing trades on behalf of traders. These costs help brokers maintain their platforms, provide essential services, and ensure smooth access to financial markets.

Understanding commission structures is essential for traders, as fees can impact overall profitability. Choosing a broker with competitive rates and transparent pricing ensures cost-effective trading.
