ADA nearing it's next bull run OR forming descending triangle?

Though we are nearing the breakout point of a descending triangle, I'm hoping the solid fundamentals will propel Cardano into its next bull cycle. All we're waiting for is the volume to come in, and when it does we'll see big movement one way or another.
Id like thoughts and opinions on this one! Has both strong bearish and bullish signals from my point of view, but I personally added some Cardano to my portfolio today so I'm more on the bullish side.
