Pretty new funds this year based on IBM Watson Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing, and... Moon Phase? OK, I'm not so sure about the last one... but maybe we can use and leverage Watson's inability to look up at the night sky and its influence on humans to our advantage to find better places to accumulate these funds that are already set to outpace the $SPY for this year.
