Not sure if the current C wave (if this is actually a larger B wave of a zig zag) has finished and we already have an impulsive structure down...
Comment:
Way I see this:
1st impulse of 5 waves was the 08 crash (A wave).
Currently in B wave.
2nd impulse down of zig zag to come or already in progress.
