The ARK Next Generation Internet (ARKW) has been devastated in the latest bear market but now appears to have entered a Stage 2 uptrend. ARKW is making a higher high and a higher low on the weekly chart. The PPO has just crossed its signal line and the RSI is showing positive momentum. The relative strength is also starting to outperform the S&P500. Volume however is not confirming these positive signs.
