If price can break 69 strongly, it may eventually go up to 74.2 area. Otherwise if it is rejected from this resistance, it shall continue to range between 64 to 69

in the last week price retested the resistance again and rejected again. I stick to my previous analysis that price will continue ranging in this band until it breaks strongly above 69
