ตลาดน้ำมันปรับตัวลงเมื่อวันอังคาร Brent เปลี่ยนมาเป็นทิศทางขาลงและคงระดับอยู่ในด้านลบ หากผู้ขายสามารถดึงราคาลงต่ำกว่าระดับ 66.50 และกดราคาไว้ต่ำกว่าระดับนี้ได้ ฝั่งผู้ขายจะเป็นคนควบคุมตลาด ซึ่งทำให้รักษาสถานะไว้ได้ต่อไปและอาจดึงราคาลงเหลือ 65.50
