BETR -- Brought down by .40 PP; rebound likely after flush

This psychedelics play has been selling off after announcing a private placement at . 40 . Just out of oversold area and close to completing a bullish MACD cross. My guess is that some of the financing participants are selling their . 40 shares and keeping the free .50 warrant which creates an opportunity to get in at discount to financing. Management is highly promotional. They managed to run it up 4x following the previous financing. Could see something similar play out, especially if psychedelics sector gets hot again.
