If you know please comment, because I do not..lol. Another rule I need to add is to look at news etc and not just the chart! I figure most of the news is in the chart but a bit curious about this one.
NV and OBV are very high. Short interest has been low then up 500% today, but the short ratio is still very low at 0.01%. I looked at the chart and it took a dive down to 15.48 real quick like and buyers came in. May be an important support level. So maybe the shorties already got what they came for. This one has moved up kinda fast and it is human nature to take profit.
