BTC -is at a decision point. Currently drawing a descending triangle. If we can't break above the triangle top line, we will see 9600 or lower soon. If we can, descending triangle is invalidated and strong uptrend is coming. My bet is we will go down, but let's see how it goes in the next few hours.
