Here I drew some ideas you might want to check:
Looking at the bottom of the chart (Indicator) the ADX indicator (Red line) is below 40, yet it looks like it is about to swing up.
if it swings up and the blue line (+DI) stays on top of the orange line (-DI) that would be one bull Confirmation. (You definitely need more than one confirmation to go long)
This is a 15 minutes chart and things might change rapidly.
Again at the bottom of the chart, +DI and -DI lines (Blue and Orange) are in a favor of a BULL movement. However, as long as ADX (the red one) is below 40 and it is not increasing, it can be a false signal.
Another idea can be formation of XABCD. Usually, XABCD doesn't form completely for Bitcoin. That is why I transparent it.
