Unfortunately Bitcoin didn't manage to breakout from this bearish pennant formation pattern and it is just getting bigger, what we would like to see is a breakout and hit the resistance top yellow line to avoid a dangerous scenario here, keep an eye for very possibles fake outs, there are two orange lines there that could stop a breakout and trigger a fake out (hopefully not) if Bitcoin breaks down this could be a really bad scenario to observe for now but there could be fake outs too and everything could turn around, so keep an eye and good luck!
