missed the pump, what to do

As in my last analyses i turned bulish and tried to catch the bottom and we fly away without me on board...
I am still looking to buy in on the Etf rumor and sell the news. -.-
Entry level would be 6400 or middle bollinger band for a more risky entry.
Never chase a green candle!
