BTCUSDT 4HR chart look bearing. It will goes down to 20500 - 20600 dollers range. Then reverse back to 23500- 23700 dollers range. Then it goes down to 19000- 18500 dollers range. If it holds then next bull run will start otherwise big dump we will see towards 12000 - 13500 dollers. Hope you will like my idea.
