ive triple checked this move for a few weeks now and this has to be a setup move to the 47xx / 48xx area and its already in play ,

What is interesting is this BTC 'head and shoulder' move in the graph below is still in play and has been running since November 2018 .

NEO is also making the same 'head and shoulders' play and has been at it since November of 2018 , the target for NEO is also 12.5
NEO - Head and shoulders to 12.50

NEOUSD - slow and steady (head and shoulders) moving to 12.50
