bounce or dead cat? (BTC)

that 7600 bounce initially seemed like a reversal and even though there is still a possibility it very well could be but the last few hours are giving it traits of a dead cat.... after we failed to break resistance at 9500 shorts filled back up and all of a sudden the bearish sentiment is back..... What I do know is that if we fail to hold over 7600 I have another bounce level at 55-5600 maybe even lower... the weekly is still very bearish and shows potential of another 5 weeks of downtrend... we will see and as far as fundamentals go the senate is holding a meeting and in that meeting crypto currencies will be addressed and that discussion is set to take place on FEB 6th (Tuesday) until than all this is noise to me....
