ETHUSD had a nice pump a few hours ago as it broke out of its flag. I expected BTCUSD to have followed with a pump already but it has not done so yet. I adjusted the inverse head and shoulders pattern so you can see it may still be in play although it is on the hourly, not as strong as the longer time frames. Nonetheless it looks like BTCUSD has moved up above the upper part of the triangle and should continue upwards even if a big pump does not occur.
