When everyone expects something, one more dip before a bull run is when the BTC surprises us. Many await (with their money) the BTC's latest fall to have "good entry". Based only on TA, BTC will probably make a correction soon to test 3200. But BTC is also largely influenced by good and bad news, we always bear in mind that TA is not a science that works like a perfect engine. The news that everyone awaits, ETF approved by the American SEC, would have the same effect as the bitcoin futures market had in 2017. Just today, February 14, JP Morgan announces the creation of its stable crypto "JPM Coin", one of the largest banks in the world, which should be copied and followed by other banks soon. The approval or not of the SEC will happen in March and this next 2 weeks is the deadline that the BTC would have to make a final correction before a bull run, if the correction does not occur and the SEC's decision date get closer, I would suggest that there will be price speculation and possible bull flag awaiting good possibility of approval. Those waiting with their money will be forced into buy or be out of good opportunity. Breaking this great resistance of 2017 marked on the map and BTC does not fall any more, brilliant future.
