I can't see bullish signals at the moment, rising volumes on bearish technical exchange rates, rising volumes on neckline tests (if it's a H&S) .. and if it were a H&S it would have the neckline sloping down (further bearish sign), I would start to enter short on the confirmation of the right shoulder
