Comment:
The 200 MA is dropping everyday, maybe 50pts. Currently at 8600, but as we slowly climb up we might come to a point where its converging with our upper wick level at 8500 +2-3 days. This would make for a very high volume situation, up or down.
Declining high volume, and starting to see green come in for a volume breakup.
