According to market movement, price should stay above 3783 to be bullish, otherwise if the price fall beyond 3651, sell volume will become high because people will start selling their Bitcoin. 4 hours chart shows the bullish power is decreasing and it support the idea of price is going up because of small retracement to go lower.
