In this article I will Provide you a beautiful example for complicated flat wave on Bitcoin.
According to Elliott theory principles there are three types of corrective waves : Zigzag, Flat and Triangle wave.
Flat wave is our topic in this article.
Flat wave has three forms: Regular, Running and Expanding flat.
All these Flat forms are subdivided into three waves (abc).
The two Waves (a,b) are subdivided into other three waves and it could be Flat, Zigzag, Double three (WXY) or triple three (WXYXZ).
Wave (c) is come as a motive wave (12345) either Impulse or Ending Diagonal wave.
So the internal structure of a Flat wave has become (3-3-5).
The three types of Flat wave are shown in next figure.
Regular Flat:
#As we see in the figure above, Wave (b) in Regular Flat should be greater than 61.8% of wave (a)
and not exceed 100%.
#Wave (c) is ranging between 61.8% to 123.6% of wave (ab).
Running Flat:
#Wave (b) should terminate beyond the starting level of wave (a) and it could reach to 123.6%.
#Wave (c) should exceed 61.8% of wave (ab) and should not go beyond the ending level of wave (a).
Expanding Flat:
#Wave (b) should terminate beyond the starting level of wave (a) and it could reach to 123.6%.
#Wave (c) should terminate beyond the ending level of wave (a) and it could reach to 161.8% or even more of wave (ab).
Now let's take a look at our inspection wave on Bitcon.
From the first look at this wave, You may think that is an Expanding Triangle wave.
But as we know according to Elliott theory principles that Triangle wave is subdivided into five waves (absde)
with internal structure (3-3-3-3-3).
So, After I went deeply into 1 minute timeframe to inspect the internal structure, I did not find a triangle wave
but instead I found in the first portion (a) an Expanding Flat wave with subdivision (3-3-5), then in the middle portion (b) another Expanding Flat wave with subdivision (3-3-5), and in the last portion (c) Ending Diagonal wave (12345).
Thus, the whole wave (abc) has become an EXPANDING FLAT wave with (a) Expanding Flat, (b) Expanding Flat and (c) Ending Diagonal.
Honestly, I like The Flat wave because it is flexible and it comes in various shapes and extensions.
The Flat wave simply it is GENIUS.
