TA: Adam and Eve double bottom playing out well so far. We broke out of the log downtrend and have formed a nice looking bull flag. I think we will consolidate a bit more in this wedge and then make another leg up to our first target of 9875. After that I expect further consolidation until will break above the strong resistance at 9875. Once that happens, we will make a major move to 11750. This is where bitcoin was rejected twice, forming a double top. We might have lots of trouble breaking this major resistance, but once we do, its a clear path to 20k.
FA: Goldman announcement today is the catalyst that will trigger a massive influx of cash into the market. They are going to start trading bitcoin derivates with the banks money for their clients. Upon approval of the tough regulations, Goldman also intends to trade physical bitcoins. Expect every other big bank and fund to make a move soon. I bet Morgan will announce within the next 2 weeks. I personally heard the Winklevoss twins say that they expect the bitcoin market cap to 20x - 30x in the future. We are early and this is just the beginning.
