The good news is this latest drop has given
given BTC the weekly 9 .
The bad news is its only Tuesday and to keep the
weekly 9, BTC will have to end this week ( sun july 15th)
by closing below 6400.
There are two scenarios

a) if BTC can close on the 9 then we can start a
1 to 4 week climb up next week.
b) The other alternative will be for BTC to kick off another 9 candle count down after this and start another 9 more weeks of downtime .
