Dec 2020 : $ 15,500
Dec 2021 : $ 35,500
Dec 2022 : $ 99,500
Dec 2023 : $ 52,500

Next peak around Oct-Nov 2022 : $ 145,000

1 YEAR UPDATE: It's following my purple line almost exactly!!!! So there's room for some sideways deviation from the line before ramping up to the next peak in 2022.

Amazing how close the price has following my guideline since I made this over 2 years ago!! December 2021 should have a baseline of around $36K and over 3x gain during 2022!!
