I think you'd have to be the most optimistic trader to have this lack of doubt, but I see them all the time! ETF delay is promising; if they were going to reject it, they'd have just rejected it. The folks at the SEC just need to move their money to the right channels and have their nephew at NYU buy Bitcoin for them before they approve next month. Even with that, I wouldn't expect a huge bubble unless a lot of Altcoins die off.
