BTC is currently Range bound between 61xx and 66xx as the
battle between the Bulls and bears rages on

A good Sign of upward movement will be if BTC is able to close above 6451 on the daily candle.
If BTC can read this, preferably today 8-16-2018 at 17:00 PST will be perfectly acceptable.
Friday (8-17-2018) before 17:00 PST is perfectly acceptable also .
