supply and demand strategy I learned was for trading forex but seems to work better in crypto! Higher the timeframe the better! but as you can see In the text on the chart I try to show how when a demand zone is created and theres a nice follow thru these zones become quality areas to open up longs for the first test of the zones with targets to supply zones that get created on the way down ( drop base drop or rally base drop for example) to the untested demand zones! On the chart you see price went from 7ks to about 14k without touching that demand zone! so if you were patient and understands these zones you could've got in the long of your lifetime! that being said in uptrends demand zones are ideal for longing and in a downtrend supply zones are ideal for shorting!
