Analyzing BTC vs USD or vs USDT right now yields a very different result, that's why I choose to be careful. In any case, if both analyses turn out to be correct, means USDT is going down big time. But I'm not sure the right mechanism for this to happen exists. On the other hand, withdrawing from Bitfinex takes a long time (like days), so arbitrage may take a while before it even begins. Honestly, this part goes way beyond me.
