Trend is still down. Wave B of retracement should end at 44500. If not, It will go down after touching 45500 which is 0.618 fib level.
At 40K I expect some upside but it can also wick down to 38-39k depending on SP500.

Also this is a inverted cup and handle pattern, too obvious. handle length can be maximum 1/3 of the cup which means it will go down from 45k.
