BTCUSDT near local resistance breakout and pump or local fall ?

As we said price started pumping near 35K support and now we have 40K local resistance ahead only if this local resistance remain valid we can expect local fall here like the red arrow on the chart But if this resistance break we can expect more pump here like the green arrows mentioned on the chart.

Notice: 40K now is local resistance and also 200MA resistance is there too.
