$BTC / $USDT Update

We're clearly in a downtrend, however, despite being in that area of value, we moved to the upper range and bouncing stopping on that control point.
Thats a sign that it wants to go up and break that area too.
The thing is: will it move again to the lower range or will it breakout to 39k?
