GLASSNODE:BTC_SOPR   Bitcoin: The Spent Output Profit Ratio (SOPR) is computed by dividing the realized value (in USD) divided by the value at creation (USD) of a spent output. Or simply: price sold / price paid
SOPR reflects the degree of realised profit for all coins moved on-chain and also provides insight into macro market sentiment, profitability and losses taken over a particular time-frame. As we talk about the relationship between SOPR and BTC, after rapid decreasing of the SOPR data(esp. when acicular forms occure) , BTC always reach its deepest point for a while. If SOPR value above 1, BTC should not be bought. I always buy my BTC's after SOPR complete its movement under 1. This is not a financial advice.
