Terms of the deal included Clickstream Corp. (OTC Pink:CLIS) providing a $350,000 Secured Loan to $GOOOD for $GOOOD to acquire 96.5% of VegasWINNERS, Inc. and in return, $CLIS purchased an option to acquire 14,901,200 of the current outstanding $GOOOD shares of 17,842,925 common stock (which are currently trading at .185) for $175,000

This is the first major deal that should be an eye opener for some here from Mid August. $CLIS currently trading at .0225 has the option to purchase up to 84% of a company trading at 600% the current $CLIS price for $175,000. The companies are managed by some of the same directors who have a very good history of moving tickers with established businesses. Both of which are bringing in substantial revenue.
