It's already 11 a.m. in Moscow, which means that Friday's trading session is already over in New York.
Today, closely followed a few papers.
I would like to discuss CRYOPORT INC separately, because I think it is potentially interesting in the future.
I traded it very well on September 2, and now it's time for the next trading on Monday or Tuesday.
I have decided to share it with you.
And here's what's on the chart:
1. July and August in the paper a strong player was gaining volume in the long.
The price went in a corridor between 31 and 35 dollars. Enough channel to "disperse the crowd" and gain volume at the expense of market players.
2. From August 21 to 26, partial volumes were sold and the price rose to 56.56, forming a new resistance level.
3. Until September 01st, a strong player does not hide the tightening under the level.
Usually, the position is held in a similar way disassembling the counter size. And take a look at the chart: the pressure was formed not only by Lows, but also by closings. For those who understand it is the strongest signal for the long.
4. As expected: a breakthrough. I enter the breakout 56.56 and take 2.8 dollars from the paper on the impulse.
5. And now we see what happened next: on September 3d we were shown a false breakout by two bars. And how the paper is supposed to go down. I begin to follow the progress.
6. On September 4th, we form a false breakout by one bar of the lower support level. And again we go up. And here's the attention: the paper is bought back. The tool could not stay in the short zone.
7. Yesterday's trading and closing of today's trading session tells me that the short player will soon give up.
He will not be able to keep the level of 56.56. A breakout of the level will be a sign of this.
In my trading strategy,
I personally will not trade an impulse breakout, this model has already worked well on September 2d.
I will wait for the long player to win, I will join him confidently and calmly when he takes the level and fixes it.
I don't know when it will happen, but it looks like Monday.
