We still have a neutral view on the Dax as despite geopolitical tensions in the Middle East which caused the index to drop below 13000 the Dax bounced back above key support at 13173. Therefore if the Dax challenges and consolidates below 13173 again we would change our view to short as we await ISM manufacturing data today and non farm payrolls on Friday which could lead to significant price action.
