DF has a very compelling chart, and ample downside to be seen when bears show more conviction.
I expect a sharp drop once earnings are out by May 10th, so, you could go short preemtively, with a wide stop, or perhaps using an options strategy of your liking to benefit from an expected price decline (and/or an increase in implied volatility ahead of earnings).
The target is based on time at mode, and it would be confirmed if we move sharply down initially, but I can't predict the exact threshold to confirm it yet. The entry now, if shorting stock would be at market, and measuring size using 3 times the daily ATR.
