Big gap down, sell off on Domain. Hard to think there probably isnt some value here.

The Company's agent center offers a range of solutions including agent news, domain complete solutions, domain digital solutions, and domain magazine solutions. Its Weekly Review is a free premium lifestyle and property magazine and can be accessed in print, online and social.

Comment:

In a FB group I was asked for my thoughts on how REA compared. My thinking is REA has been one of those market darlings for a while now. With the things I look at its in oversold territory, but my indicators dont show any good evidence of a recovery yet. DHG is a poor second to REA but only needs small 10 / 20 cent type gains which represent a much bigger percentage profit gain which is what Im after. I think DHG can also take market share from REA, whereas REA already has almost all the existing market share. To me its a bit like Apple vs Microsoft in the 90's. Not a lot more room for REA to move. Fairfax and Nine are also looking at merging and Domain will be the asset that will benefit most from the merger. I have an order in for DHG, but not one for REA.

Comment:

Domain hasn't done anything for ages. Big move today on earnings release which I didn't think was that good. Lots of volume behind it. Not a move I want to chase at this stage though. Give it a few more days / weeks to confirm recovery and not a one off bump.

Havent look at this one for a little while, but it popped up on a scan. It's back at an interesting break out area. Have to see what happens over the next few days. I don't think the volume or market confidence is there right now, but worth keeping an eye on.
