Dựa vào tình hình hiện tại của thị trường chứng khoán Mỹ, tôi cho rằng DJIA chưa thể phục hồi được và có thể giảm khá sâu trong thời gian tới. Mục tiêu là 23830 hoặc 23620 điểm.
