Pretty damn sure we are in phase D, and ready to enter phase E, which is the rapid upward departure from the trading range.

On the message boards, fatigue is setting in, and people are releasing their shares.
I believe Institutional money is accumulating the last of those shares, and the stock will then enter Phase E
No idea how high it will go or when, but I believe it will soon exit the top of the TR
