DXY 🌦

Long
TVC:DXY   U.S. Dollar Index
Look at that beautiful Elliot Correction Wave! This correction is known as an irregular flat. One trend line going down and the other going up. Higher bond yield is making the USD more attractive. When the DXY looks bullish the SPX500 seems to look bearish then I verify my hypothesis with the 6J1! chart and look for a bearish outlook for that one also. Basic economics is all you need to understand inter-market analysis. Nominal rates going up is the equivalent of reducing the money supply, us currency looks bullish, which leads to asset prices going down, consumption going down, and borrowing going down in the short term in the long term real variables such as real interest rates and real output aren't affected as result of open market operations. The last statement is a tenet of Money neutrality (formula: MV = PY). I like to time the market its the only way I know how to understand it. See you on the moon!
