貿易戰避險意識減退，美元重回貶勢

四、五月時，因貿易戰的擴大，造成資金由新興市場回流美國，進而推升美元，
現今貿易戰逐漸明朗化，避險意識消退，資金開始回流亞股與新興市場，
儘管 fed 暗示升息，但美元依然無法突破 95.5，顯示多方已經力竭。
美元易貶難漲，將回測 91.5 附近。
