The U.S. dollar index peaked on September 28, 2022 and QQQ bottomed three weeks later. The U.S. dollar index started rallying three weeks ago and therefore QQQ is probably close to topping out soon. You can also see this at other turning points including March 2009, December 2018, early 2016, March 2020, etc.
