I LIKE THAT THIS ISSUE IS BELOW THE 200MA FOR A SHORT ENTRY.

EBAY almost hit my entry target here but bounced off the entry line.
With news of the ICE exchange looking to buy ebay, price surged today blowing this pattern out of the water.
