EOS Possible breakout (finally)

Long

First of all, back in Q1 2018 I debated between a big bag of $EOS and $LINK as a long term hold. I decided on $EOS, clearly a decision that did not age well (one is down 70% from then, one is 20x...EOS is not 20x lol) so I hate this coin. If this trade works I will still hate it, but not quite as much as I should.

However, if it breaks out of this box I expect a minimum 50% gain, and possible 100% gain. The two lines are my price targets.

Comment:
This idea may be invalidated. It is going to need to break out of this box with authority, but crypto looks pretty rough so I don't think we will get it. Eventually it will break out of the box though, and when it does I will take a position.

Needless to say, I was right Feb 22nd, this idea is invalidated. $EOS has way too many bagholders to ever break out is my conclusion. Hell, I do not bag hold anything, I literally have one rekt bag, and it is $EOS from Q1 2018.

Too many bagholders, this will never pump unless they all capitulate first, but I don't know it it can ever happen.

ABORT MISSION

Someone who saw this DM'd me (@ribsauce on twitter) and we discussed how we both had bags of this garbage for a long time. He asked me what he should do and I realized the answer was "I would literally rather be long any other Coinbase coin than this one."

It just hit me. Even if this coin, by some miracle, 2.5x's to me dream target, 10 other Coinbase coins probably left it in the dust.

I'm wasting my time on $EOS. Too much potential in almost everything else.
Comment:
I failed to update this, but I got back in around $7, closed at the damn top ($12.80), and literally 48 hours later crypto fell off a cliff. My best timed exit ever. My twitter feed documents how lucky I got. Sold $ZEC at $350 and $BTC at $59,000, and $LTC at $320. I just felt it coming.

I have not taken a trade since.
