Pre-week analysis, Sunday, March 28, 2021
Goodd afternoon traders!
Here the recap for the week:
20 Days Trend: Up, and we still have pretty much the same strenght we had the past week.
VIX: 18.9, which agrees with the last push from the markets on friday, but from the looks of the star of thsi week, we might be in the middle of a corrrectio, but still unknown how dow it will go.
Market analysis:
As clear as day, the market went up in the last hours of the friday. Kind of uniting the whole of the lower VA and the upper VA. We might be seeing the birth of a new, compound VA, but only time will tell... for this reason, here are the 3 top possibilitys for this market start:
1.-The market will come back to the VA, uniting previous two areas, and making a big one, and will play in between this area.
2.-The market will bounce from some of the high volume points, will be rejected, and will continue it's trayectorie upwards.
3.-The market will fail hard... and will go even lower than previous VA
For the time being, I'm prepared to be long from 3905. TP 3931. Wrong 3890.
