Overnight inventory is balance, also the premarket POC is prominent (3351), so the odds in the beginning of the session to have good energy are low, eventhough, what i see is that the overnight low is a buying tail and it takes place at prior most traded price, so it tells me that there is a huge support there (3331), in the other hand, i am bearish until the price would trade under prior low ( 3318) , if it does not happen this place would be a great place to look for longs at least in the first meeting between price and this level.
