Good afternoon traders!
Our current 20 days dtrend is still up and strong, pretty much as this morning, but somehow it seems that it will get stronger on the time being. The VIX decreased value after a short trip higher, contrary to what I said this morning. If anything to be learned from this, is that even when you're right about the direction, it doesn't mean that a flush the other way can't happen... be prepared for this possibility in the future.
As we saw, during the day market bounced one last time from the previous VA, and then came back very strongly, getting through everything, until the close of the day. from here I will expect the market to come back to VA, and be rejected in what is now the previous VA, and start to try to balance arond the other VA. Other possibility from here, is that the market goes on to new horizons, which wont be unheard of... By all means knowing this is the night sesion, I don't expect so much action, but be aware, according to statistics, much of the gains of this market happens Over Night.... so worst case scenario here to be expected is for this to break higher, or balance right were it is, anyway, Im positioning myself short from 3923, looking for 3897. Wrong at 3942.
